Director of Golf / General Manager @ Elson Redmond
We are currently searching for someone to take over leadership of the golf operations at the Elson Redmond Memorial Driving Range. This is a full time salaried position with benefits.
The ideal candidate will provide visionary leadership for all golf operations at Elson Redmond, fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and customer-focused culture that reflects the mission and values of First Tee – Greater Richmond.
Responsibilities include directing all aspects of daily facility operations, including the golf shop, driving range, short course, simulators, practice facilities, food and beverage operations, customer service, and future instructional amenities.
Prior golf management experience and PGA Members or Associates are preferred qualifications, but we are open to anyone with strong leadership skills and experience managing business operations. A bachelor’s degree is required and you must be able to pass a background check.
